Terms and conditions

  • Al rates are per room and inclusive of taxes and continental buffet breakfast.
  • Check in time is from 3pm and guests must be checked out by 11am on day of departure. late check outs may be made by prior arrangement and subject to an additional charge.
  • Hotel has limited parking which is free and for hotel guests only. Please call prior to arrival to check availability.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards including American express. Cheques are only accepted if supported by valid cheque guarantee card.
  • Non smoking policy operates throughout the hotel.
  • Hotel operates a no pets policy.
  • Cancellations:
    • If you need to cancel your reservation you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours prior to check in time on date of arrival. All cancellations must be made in writing, you can do this by fax, e-mail or letter.
    • Cancellations after this time will incur a charge equal to the cost of the first night of the reservation.
  • No show:
    • If you fail to check in to the hotel and have not cancelled your booking a charge equal to the full cost of your reservation will be debited from your card.
  • Block bookings:
    • To reserve 3 or more rooms a non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will incur full charges.
    • Where promotional discounted rates apply, full payment will be taken at the time of booking which is non-refundable or transferable.
    • Guests wishing to pay cash must provide reception with a valid debit/credit card to be swiped as well as means of identification (eg, passport or photographic drivers licence).
    • We would encourage guests to check their personal travel insurance in case costs are incurred due to cancellations.
  • Disability and accessibility to and within the hotel:
    • The hotel has 1 twin room to the rear of the hotel which is fully equipped for wheelchair users and is accessible from the car park area at ground level.
    • The room has a fully fitted 'wet room' equipped with grab rails both vertically and horizontally, a shower seat and an emergency assistance pull cord.
    • Service dogs are allowed to enter/ stay at the hotel.
    • As breakfast is self service and situated on the floor above with no access to wheelchair users the hotel would be delighted to offer a room service breakfast made by prior arrangement.
    1. Your Liability

      Aberdeen City Centre Hotel reserves the right to claim against you the client for any damage, loss or injury sustained by the Hotel, or its employees, due to any malicious or negligent damage caused by you or a member of your group. The Hotel holds the right to claim for any loss of business suffered by any wrongful act of the client.

      Should any guest be unwilling or unable when asked by the hotel, to cease any behaviour or activities unacceptable to the Hotel, the Hotel reserves the right to require them to leave.  This is without refund or waiver of any monies already paid or payable.
